Rodney Powell is the full package when it comes to navigating Medicare and supplemental plans. From the start, he took the time to truly understand my situation—my health, my finances, and what mattered most to me—so the information he shared was tailored to me, not just a generic overview of what “most people” do.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the many insurance companies and the plans they offer. What set him apart was the combination of deep expertise and genuine care. He drew on his own experiences and those of other clients, and when he wasn’t 100% certain of an answer, he researched it and followed up. He was patient through hours of conversations over several weeks, never minding when I asked the same question more than once.

I spoke with another highly rated agent who would have been fine, but Rodney offered so much more. It felt like having a trusted friend walk me through difficult decisions that will affect both my health and my finances for years. He never pressured me to sign up with him. Instead, he encouraged me to do my own homework, shared resources so I could verify his suggestions, and remained focused on what was best for me.
